How to make your own picture:

-The text:

• Shouldn’t have I, me, mine, or my in it
• Keep it as short as you can
• No periods

-Make a square (I make mine 500x500 pixels)

-Color the square any color you want

-Pick out a legible font

• No script or capital letters
• Size anywhere from 50 to 150

-The font should be colored black or white

• White for dark background
• Black for light background

-No capital letters

-Add thelifeofaselfharmer.tumblr.com

• Should be smaller size than the main text

-When you’re done, send it to me through my Ask or Submit

If you want credit for the picture, don’t put your name on it, leave a note saying so when you send in the picture. If it isn’t there, you will not get credited.

-I feel so alone.

-Having so many wounds on your leg you start to limp

-Bitches don’t fucking understand
