the life of a self harmer
songs

The songs can be triggering.

This is the song page. The songs might not be about self harm but the submitter felt it helped them so I still posted it. If you wish to add to it just leave a message with the songs you want added.

As a fellow self harmer, I recently found out that the bands “Bayside” “Papa Roach” helps a lot with their music. Alot of Bayside’s songs are about self harm and Papa Roach’s best songs (might have been mentioned) are Scars, Last Resort, and Blood Brothers.
