Things to remember:
People do care about you.
You are beautiful.
You aren’t alone.
You are loved.
It will get better.

It will get better.

- When you feel like you want to harm, take a marker, pen, or sharpies and draw a butterfly on your arm, hand, or anywhere you want.
- Name the butterfly after a loved one or someone who wants you to get better.
- You must let the butterfly fade naturally. No scrubbing it off.
- If you harm before the butterfly is gone, you’ve killed it. If you don’t harm, it lives. (If you have more than one butterfly, harming kills all of them.)
- Another person can draw them on you.
- Even if you don’t self harm, feel free to draw a butterfly anyways, to show your support. If you do this, name it after someone you know that harms or is suffering, and tell them.
Everyone should know about this. Everyone.
